Orange Crunch Cake (10')

This is the recipe for the famous Orange Crunch Cake from the Bubble Rom in Captiva Island, Florida. It has developed quite a cult following. We love it, and hope you do too. It's a citrus-y moist white cake with a brown sugar & walnut crunch nestled between the layers & covered with an orange flavored cream cheese frosting. Quite simply, to die for.
